Once submitted, you will be sent to a page with details on how to pay for membership. You will not be able to log-in to the site until it has been approved by the Membership Director, you will receive a confirmation email when your membership has been approved.
NOTE: You may add a listing of your specialties after your membership has been confirmed. Details and links for this process will be included in the approval email you receive.
